Setting Up Credit AccountYour first 2 online orders must be paid with a major credit card. If you wish to set up a credit account, submit your completed Credit Application form, and an Accounting Representative will contact you within 3-7 business days. Once your credit limit has been set, come back to Aplasticbag.com and place your order using a company Purchase Order, or call the Aplasticbag.com's Credit Department at 877-992-2247 for more details on Net 15 billing.Terms: Net 15 days from date of invoice. 1.5% interest per month (18% annual rate) will be charged on past due balances.
How to Obtain a Copy of Your ReceiptIf you would like to receive an invoice, you need to register for an account and create a password. Go to My Account and click on All Orders on the left menu. Simply click on Order Number or View Order to view and print the invoice. You can also send an email to [email protected] or simply call 877-992-2247.

Sales TaxIn accordance with current law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders delivered in California at the prevailing rate of sales tax in each location.
California Sales Tax ExemptionCALIFORNIA RESELLERS: California state requires all residents claiming resale tax exemption, to fill out the California Resale Certificate (BOE-230 7-02). Just sending your "Seller's Permit" certificate issued by the state will NOT exempt you from sales tax. In order to be considered sales tax exempt, all appropriate tax forms must be received prior to shipping/pickup-up of merchandise or you will be charged the CA sales tax. Credit Purchase AgreementApplicant authorizes APlasticBag.com to obtain necessary credit information at any time from any source and agrees to pay for purchases according to the credit terms on our invoice or, if none appear, according to terms of Net 15. The Applicant agrees that all work performed, services rendered and material furnished shall be paid according to the terms of the agreement. Applicant warrants that all information appearing on all forms are true and correct as of the date below, and agrees to notify APlasticBag.com in writing within 30 days of any change in style of business organization, financial condition or controlling ownership. Applicant agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees if the account is sent to Collections.
Charging Your Credit CardYour credit card will be charged according to the type of order you submit (California residents add applicable sales tax).
Stock orders (plain bags) are charged at the time of the shipment. Custom orders are charged upon approval of the proof on your order at the time that your bags go into production. If your order is for under 5000 bags, the full amount will be charged. If your order is for 5000+ bags, your order will be charged in full for the quantity of your order. Any overages, additional shipping, etc, will be charged at the time of shipment.
