Shipping Information

  • Order Tracking and History

    To track an order, please log-in to My Account. Scroll to "Orders" and choose "View Open Orders".

    Already logged in? Click this Order Tracking link. Search for your order using by either a valid order number or search by date.

    Alternatively, you may track your shipment by visiting UPS.com and enter the tracking number provided.
     

  • Shipping Options and Costs

    Shipping charges appear in your cart once you enter your zip code or log into your account. Shipping charges vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order and your chosen delivery method.
     
    Shipping Delivery Method
    Your order is usually shipped within 48-72 business hours, Monday through Friday. Delivery time is determined by the destination of the order and the delivery method you select. Please include any notes or handling requests in the Special Shipping Instructions box on the "Shipping" page during the checkout process. APlasticBag.com ships from multiple facilities throughout the US. If you have ordered multiple items, they may ship from different facilities. As a result, they may arrive at different times and in separate shipments.
     
    1. UPS Ground: 2 to 7 Business Days - No weekend delivery; no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.
    2. UPS 3 day select: 3 Business Days - No weekend delivery; no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.
    3. UPS 2nd Day: 2 business Days - No weekend delivery; no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.
    4. UPS Next day: 1 Business Day - No weekend delivery; no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.
    5. Overnight: 1 Business Day - No weekend delivery; no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO. Several options for this are available. Please ask your Customer Service Representative for the option that will benefit your best.
    6. LTL (Less than Truck Load) Carrier: All the oversized, very large or heavy shipments will all be sent via UPS Freight LTL carrier
     

  • Shipping Via LTL Freight

    LTL (Less than Truck Load) Carrier: Oversized, very large or heavy shipments will all be sent via UPS Freight LTL carrier.
     

  • Next Day Delivery

    For next day delivery, orders must be received by 10:00AM PST. This service is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO. Next Day deliveries for Saturday will incur an additional cost.
     

  • Drop Shipments

    APlasticBag.com will ship your order routinely to any address which you specify. Please make sure to include any special instructions on the Shipping page when placing your order, or call our Customer Service Department at 877-992-2247.
     

  • Shipping Policy

    Shipping Information
    Aplasticbag.com offers different shipping methods to accommodate your budget and event date. Our quotes show the most economical shipping method available for an order unless otherwise specified. All Oversized, very large or heavy shipments will all be sent via LTL (Less than Truck Load) carrier.

    Orders are shipped FOB from their point of manufacture. We are able to deliver to most locations in the United States. Carriers other than the US Postal Service may have restrictions on delivery to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Some carriers offer Saturday deliveries. These deliveries may also incur additional charges. If you need your items delivered on a Saturday, please call us so we can check if it's available in your area. Deliveries are not available on most U.S. Holidays.

    Aplasticbag.com ships from multiple facilities throughout the US.
    If you have ordered multiple items, they may ship from different facilities. As a result, they may arrive at different times and in separate shipments. When ordering multiple items you may specify different methods of shipping per item.

    Provide Your Own Shipping Account
    If you would like us to ship your order and bill it to your account, we ask you to provide us with the carrier name and the account number on the quote page. Please note: when items are shipped via third party billing, Aplasticbag.com is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipment. All claims or charges must be filed by you with your freight carrier.

    International Shipping
    Shipments outside the continental US are also available. Please contact us to discuss the best shipping method for your order.

    Split Shipments
    We can ship your order to multiple locations. If you are having difficulty with the online order form, please note this in the special instructions field of your order or contact us at 877-992-2247 or click here to email us, and we will make all the arrangements.

    Delivery Times
    You need to consider the time it takes to produce your item and the shipping method you selected.

    Production time + Shipping time = Delivery time

    Example: You order an imprinted pen with a production time of "10 business days" and choose ground or regular delivery service. This level of shipment takes 5-7 business days to arrive within the continental US. In this example, you have the 10 production days plus the 5-7 days for shipment you have a total delivery time of 15-17 business days.

    Production time is based on receiving your order with valid method of payment and design information. On orders where you have requested Samples and Pre-Production Proofs, production begins when we receive your approval and payment method has been cleared. All times are reflected in business days.

    Normal production is 5-25 business days after all approval, depending on the product.

    Rush Production (Guaranteed On Time Production):
    Rush production is 1-7 business days after all approvals. All orders required for sure-dated events must be discussed with Aplasticbag before a firm commitment is made, and must be indicated on the sales order. Air shipments may be required in order to meet sure-dated orders, at the expense of the customer or distributor. Non sure-dated orders are approximate and all efforts will be made to maintain these dates. Orders requiring proof approval must respond within the time designated or the order may be delayed and incur additional charges. NOTE: We cannot be responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather, system failures, or other causes outside of our control.
     

  • Split Shipment

  • Shipping to APO/FPO

    APlasticBag.com does not accept APO and FPO orders for any products.
     

  • International Orders

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept consumer orders from outside the United States. For US Territories please call 951-710-1340.
     

  • Estimated Delivery for Stock Orders

    To guarantee overnight delivery or 2 Day Air, orders must be placed by:
     
    UPS Next Day: 10:00 AM PST
    UPS 2 Day Air: 10:00 AM PST
     
    APlasticBag.com will guarantee the shipment of in-stock items, provided your order has passed our Credit or Accounting authorization processes.
     
    NOTE: We cannot be responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather, system failures, or other causes outside of our control. If additional information is needed to expedite your order (or for the non-stock item) a representative from APlasticBag.com will contact you.

  • Estimated Delivery for Custom Orders

    There are a couple of factors in this equation. You need to consider the time it takes to produce your item and the shipping method you selected.
     
    Production time + Shipping time = Delivery time
     
    Example:
    You order imprinted plastic bags with a production time of 10 business days and choose ground shipping. Ground shipments take 2-7 business days to arrive. So, 10 production days, plus 2-7 days of shipping time equals a total delivery time of 12-17 business days.
