Production Time:
Normal production is 10-15 business days after all approval. Normal production time on imported product is 10-14 weeks. Unimprinted-48 hours. Production time does not include day order is received by factory. Production time will begin after approval of credit and artwork. RUSH Production: (Guaranteed On time Production)
Rush production is 3-9 business days after all approval. All orders required for sure-dated events must be discussed with the Aplasticbag before a firm commitment is made, and must be indicated on the sales order. Air shipments may be required in order to meet sure-dated orders, at the expense of the customer or distributor. Non sure-dated orders are approximate and all efforts will be made to maintain these dates.  Orders requiring proof approval must respond within the time designated or the order may be delayed and incur additional charges. (NOTE: We cannot be responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather, system failures, or other causes outside of our control.)

Printing Plates Charge:
A one time plate charge is required on all first time orders. There is no charge for plates on exact repeats or re-orders within the last two years. To calculate the plate cost, measure the width and the height of each artwork layout to determine the total square inches.

Shipping:
FOB our plant in Anaheim, California, or otherwise specified.  Specific requests to ship via third party billing or collect will be honored. Normal freight method used is common carrier or Fedex ground. Requests for shipment via air freight will be honored with customer's authorization.

Shipping Weights: Weights in catalog are approximate shipping weights, not product weight. APLASTICBAG cannot be responsible for differences in actual freight vs. quoted freight charges.

Drop Shipments
There will be no drop shipment charge. Partial cartons cannot be accommodated.

Time Delay Shipments:
The Aplasticbag can accommodate certain time delay shipments. Prior arrangements must be agreed upon. Call for terms and conditions.

Over/Under Run:
Small quantities (4,999 pieces or less) ship exact.. All other printed bags are subject to an over or underrun of 15-20% due to the nature of manufacturing plastic bags, the exact quantities ordered are seldom produced. For that reason, all order quantities shipped are subject to some variation from the quantity ordered. All overruns manufactured will be invoiced. Our acknowledgement of your order will include the overrun quantity. Your invoice will show the exact quantity shipped. If a refund for an underrun is due, a check will be included with the invoice.

Claims: Any claims must be settled within 30 days of invoice date.

Acknowledgments: Are sent via fax or mail at time of order entry or proof approval. Please read carefully and contact factory immediately with corrections. Orders will be processed and billed as per information on order acknowledgement, changes and freight are additional. Any changes made to an order after receipt at factory must be confirmed in writing by fax or e-mail.
 

NOTE: On all plastic bags there will be an “eye spot” on corner of bag. This signals to press where bags are to be cut and sealed.

NOTE ON BLACK BAGS: Bags manufactured with black film in single wall construction may be printed in metallic silver or metallic gold only (see color chart). For edge to edge black printing or double wall construction where a complete black "background" is desired with imprint colors other than silver or gold, additional color charges and plate charges will apply. Proof:
A Xerox copy proof is submitted on all new orders at no charge.  This proof must be signed and returned before orders can be produced.  Ink color swatches will be included on the proof.  Color key proofs are available at $50  per color. ( Pre-production proofs Available with few products  $100 + Plate & art charges are additional.)

Pre-Production Samples
Pre-production samples are available for (Small quantities 4,999 pieces or less) small quantity print orders at $100.

4-Color Art Specifications
For process printing, raster type files are preferred (formats such as Photoshop®). and must be color separated. CD ROM, ZIP or email your artwork:, Composite picture must accompany disk.

Hot Stamping Restrictions
Our hot stamped bags are imprinted one at a time using foil. The bags will show puckering around the copy due to the heat that is applied to the stamping plate. Two sided stamping shows the metal plate impression through the copy. Please request a hot stamped sample bag before ordering to see if this is acceptable to you. No returns or allowances based on inherent production characteristics will be issued.
